During our first year we offered a programme of ’52 Things’ made with and for the city’s creative community to showcase the fantastic people and places in our city. You can find the full 52 here.

This workshop will bring together people working in marketing roles across the city’s creative industries to share their work and discuss current challenges and opportunities.

The workshop is led by Professor Gabriele Troilo from Bocconi University, Milan. Gabriele is the author of ‘Marketing in Creative Industries: value, experience and creativity’ and has been researching the role of marketing in cultural and creative organisations for the last fifteen years.

Using international examples the workshop will give participants the opportunity to hear and discuss how creative approaches can be used to maximize customer experience and customer value.

Lunch will be provided.
