We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor that is fluent in Welsh to work alongside the HR Manager to ensure the delivery of effective HR service to meet Company and HR strategic objectives.

The HR Advisor will support the HR function by managing day to day operational HR activities

This is a generalist role with involvement in all aspects of operational HR, from recruitment and selection to employee relations and will also provide assistance on wider HR projects.

The successful candidate will be a fluent Welsh speaker who is enthusiastic and passionate about HR, with previous experience of providing an effective and professional HR service, the ability to communicate at all levels to meet customer expectations, outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management, workload prioritisation and analytical skills. Previous HR generalist, advisory and trade union experience and at least a level 7 CIPD qualification are essential.

The ability to communicate fluently through the medium of both English and Welsh is deemed essential for this role.
